F&O Graph Builder

I built an automated solution to reduce the daily operational work for Share.Market's marketing mailers. Earlier, the team manually created F&O (Futures & Options) graphs and designed the mailer, which took around two hours every day.

I streamlined this into a simple workflow using Gemini AI Studio:

1. Get the brief and reference graphs in the Word doc
2. Add values and generate graphs in AI Studio
3. Download the graphs
4. Place them into an auto-layout F&O template in Figma

With this system, the entire process now takes just 10 minutes, with graph generation done in 5–7 minutes. This reduced repetitive work for the design and content teams, allowing them to focus more on creative and high-impact tasks.

Mailer design automation

I worked on an idea for a dashboard to make Share.Market's marketing mailer workflow faster and more organized. Since F&O is just one part of a larger acquisition and retention mailer system, and the team handles 10+ content-heavy categories every week, the process needed to be more scalable.

The dashboard was planned to support:

• Team-wise logins
• Mailer design templates
• An icon and illustration library
• A design component library
• Video thumbnail collections for YouTube and social redirection
• A product design system for brand consistency
• DIY templates, making the workflow more flexible for the team
